AMINESS YOUNIQUE HOTEL korčula heritage

The reconstruction and interior design of an iconic early 20th-century hotel, thoughtfully reimagined as an intimate luxury boutique destination. The project brings together the building’s historic character and contemporary elegance, creating 11 individually designed rooms alongside carefully curated public spaces, including a bar and restaurant.

We approached the existing building through the quiet dignity and cultural refinement already embedded in its architecture. Rather than imitating history, we developed a renewed concept that carefully continues it, preserving the spirit of its Viennese-influenced heritage through proportion, craftsmanship and atmosphere.

Luxury is expressed not through excess, but through the depth and integrity of materials: natural stone, rich timber, refined textiles and carefully considered details. Each element was composed with restraint, creating interiors that feel timeless, intimate and enduring rather than decorative or trend driven. The result is a hotel with a distinct sense of place: sophisticated, calm and deeply tactile, where history is not staged, but carried forward as a living standard of quality.
