Architecture
Atellior’s architectural projects encompass luxury resorts, urban hotels and high-end residential work. Our approach stems from careful consideration of each development’s location and its architectural vernacular enabling us to realise buildings that sit well within their location. We easily adapt to a broad range of work, from the masterplanning of entirely new sites to replanning internal layouts of existing spaces. Through the briefing and strategic study phases to spatial coordination, concept and technical design, our architectural work demonstrates a response to context, along with a profound understanding of the requirements of clients and their guests and, naturally, a robust engagement with environmental sustainability.
Feasibility Studies
We assist investors and developers in understanding the viability of their development goals through planning and architectural studies that maximise the potential and reduce the risk of intended projects. Our studies consider massing and zoning across building types, from boutique projects to large scale developments, unlock hidden opportunities and establish a clear understanding of the scope, design intent and costs of the plan.
Interior Design
Atellior specialises in the design of luxury residential and hotels & resorts. While there are similarities between the two sectors, we appreciate the all-important difference: residential design should reflect the tastes and lifestyle of the owner, whereas hospitality design must have purpose beyond personal preference in order to meet client and brand requirements as well as guests’ expectations of the experience. Our interior design philosophy rests on the principle of engaging with the history, culture, architecture and natural world of the project’s location. We seek to create evocative spaces with distinct character infused with a considered approach to materiality, colour and finish.
Styling and Dressing
At Atellior, we view styling and dressing as a natural extension to our interior design work, elevating each space we design with beautiful objects and finishing touches. Working in accordance with the brief, we style and accessorise a project to ensure that the finished elements exude luxury, comfort and timeless elegance.
Art Curation
We have extensive art curation experience, assembling collections that add further layers to the interior design. We can also source fine art or commission one-off statement pieces such as paintings, murals and sculpture, directly from artists. Wherever possible, we seek to work with artisans and makers who are local to the project in order to deepen the contextual narrative of our concept.
Branding
In collaboration with London based lifestyle branding agency Delight, Atellior offer a full 360° branding service including: brand strategy, brand positioning, brand architecture, naming, tone of voice, brand identity. As well as a set of comprehensive creative services including: Design, illustration, copywriting film and photography, website and digital, print and packaging, guidelines and toolkits. Delight work across a wide range of lifestyle sectors including: Food and beverage, travel and hospitality, design and fashion.
