The design is influenced by London’s docklands, paying homage to the cultural and commercial history of the surrounding area. The palette for the Saffron Wharf apartments is bold yet sophisticated, incorporating playful pops of colour and pattern. Added to this are touches of brushed brass and gold-veined marble which further enhance the design scheme and nod to the spice-trading heritage of Saffron Wharf. The geometric lines of the bespoke joinery reference the architecture found along the east banks of the river Thames. Black marble, brushed brass inlays, and dark veneered details convey Atellior’s bold and creative vision for the apartment. Locality, both historical and contemporary, is the driving catalyst in the creation of a new sense of place.
