The brief for SIRO at Boka Place was ambitious: to design a holistic hospitality concept that combines high-performance fitness, wellness, and social interaction within a luxury setting. It needed to appeal to a global, health-conscious audience and offer an immersive lifestyle experience rather than a traditional hotel stay. This meant designing spaces that support transformation—physically, mentally, and emotionally—while ensuring operational functionality and aesthetic excellence.

Atellior embraced this by developing a design narrative that balances energy with calm, incorporating natural materials like oak, stone, and plaster to create a soothing yet modern palette. Every zone was conceived with purpose: high-energy materials like concrete and leather were used in fitness-focused spaces, while softer textures and tones define the relaxation areas.

In the lobby, public spaces, and social zones like the Juice Lab and Teamwork coworking area, we emphasized interaction and community. Rather than a traditional reception, we created the Starting Block—a more engaging, guest-centric check-in experience enhanced by digital features and wellness-focused retail pods. The open Show Kitchen and Restaurant, with its transparent layout and backlit metal wall, invites guests to engage with food preparation as part of a healthy lifestyle.

The integration of bespoke wellness equipment in guestrooms and branded residences ensured the experience continues privately, not just in communal spaces. In essence, the brief was met by creating a fully immersive, wellness-driven environment that feels intuitive, inspirational, and luxurious—allowing SIRO to stand apart as a pioneering lifestyle destination.
