A recent feature in SPACE, an international hotel design magazine and news site features Siro Hotel at Boka Place, a project where Atellior was tasked with devising a wellness-first hospitality model for Kerzner International and Adriatic Marinas.
Atellior’s scheme replaces the traditional front desk with “Starting Block” check-in pods, builds social energy around a Refuel Bar and SIRO Table, and hard-wires fitness and recovery into the plan with fully equipped labs, cryotherapy, red-light therapy, and a Body + Mind Studio. Residences carry the concept home using multifunctional layouts featuring details such as Swedish ladders integrated into joinery, and providing access to the hotel’s full wellness stack. Atellior’s role wasn’t just decorating a hotel; its team thought up a high-performance daily rhythm that featured wellness as the operating system, not a side feature.
