LUXURY MOTOVUN VILLAS

The brief was to design contemporary luxury living – with an open plan living and dining area, generous bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, large gardens with covered terraces and private swimming pools. Maximising views to the rolling hills and lush Istrian countryside was carefully planned for each villa, whilst ensuring maximum privacy.

The Atellior team was appointed for masterplanning, architecture and interior design for 14 luxury villas on a 16,500 sq m plot. The brief was to design contemporary luxury living – with an open plan living and dining area, generous bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, large gardens with covered terraces and private swimming pools. Maximising views to the rolling hills and lush Istrian countryside was carefully planned for each villa, whilst ensuring maximum privacy.
The project is at Unitary Development Plan stage with the Local Planning Authority.
