The Atellior team was invited to provide a complete architectural and interior design service including FF&E specification. This hotel was designed to incorporate all Courtyard by Marriott standards and to become a leading hotel in Sarajevo and Bosnia & Herzegovina.

This hotel project had a total of 6,000 sq m with 130 accommodation units. Public areas include the entrance lobby, front desk with offices for the staff, lobby bar, restaurant with a kitchen, retailing facilities and a fitness room. The conference centre, which has a multifunctional ballroom and conference room, and all the necessary facilities including smaller meeting rooms, has become the most popular conference centre in Sarajevo.
